Issue #5 - Page 1 process

A week prior to the release of Issue #5, attached is the process behind the creation of Page #1 of the issue.  One day soon we will tape Andy as he goes through the thumbnail process (where he designs the pages) - the process is hilarious as he describes the action to us while reviewing.
